if i could buy two for $80, and it sounded decent, and it didnt have to be welded on...i wouldnt mind if it was low quality.

Not sure about the ones on Ebay, but I have the JDM Apexi N1 on my S2K, and it is really, really loud!

Way too loud to put it on the CL IMO...

I say no, becuase its going to sound like a lawn mower compaired to a full cat, if you get a full cat then you get more HP, cleaner sound, and you dont have to pay for someone to saw off your muffler, and weld the new one on. It'll cost about as much as a bolt on catback.
If you want to save money, go looking for an axil back, those are bolt on, they sound much better than a single exhaust, and you get more HP.

You will have to have them welded on along with hangers and a y-pipe if you don't want to cut up your stock one. Probably sound as good as any aftermarket system. Possibly better because you will still have the stock resonator.
