Did u get any warrenty w/it?
I hope u did not go to AAMCO cuz i know more then a few people that where low balled on the price and then when they ripped the tranny apart they said u also need this and that and it turned out to be double the price or $500 to put your broken tranny back together and in the car!

 

yeah i got a 12 month warrenty and they replaced a motor mount as well...nooo i didnt go to AAMCO heard the stories

What clues are there that one is going out? Mine shifts fine, just a little diff whine...

 

jerking, starts to move on its own in neutral, 2nd and third gear start fucking up, starts to idle really high

my car just tossed out p1709 and that was all she wrote replaced before it could crap out.

 

yeah and it throws a code as well i got a p1768

 

my car showed no signs of failing 2 out of the 3 times it failed!

 

When it does, drop a 6MT in it.
