so my 01 cl got totalled by a drunk driver.for those who live in the miami broward area,i was driving down 441 goin to the hard rock,me n my friend.next i i know i was waking up surrounded by people and fire rescue.was t-boned by the fucker.he took my car out ad 2 others.my friend is not so good,she is in ICU.dislocated elbow,fractured ribs,fractured 3 areas in her back and some other stuff.needless to say she is in bad shape.im ok just got chest pains and a slightly dislocated shoulder.dont know about the other 2 ppl.as for the the the drunkie,all he got was a broken rib.the officer said he will be chargered with 4 counts of DUI,get this his blood alcohol level was 400.soo u guys pray for us,specially my friend.thanks

Man I'm sorry. That sucks!!! It's unfortunate that the guy won't likely get any jail time. He'll get his license taken away, some fines & that's it. Going to have to sue him to get any $.
FL doesn't have a great track records with DUI's.

Dang, hope everyone is going to be ok. I had a friend who got into a car accident and messed up his back. He's never been the same. Always back problems and all.
