Another intake option??

For those interested, I saw this..

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...category=33564

The Weapon-R Secret Weapon intake. However I checked Weapon-R's site and it says it isn't available yet? Who knows, their website might not be updated? But anyway, just wanted to throw this out for you guys to check out.

This guy from the car club has a Weapon R intake on his Civic and it's the biggest pile of stinkin' poo of an intake ever. The overall quality didn't look that good and came with a crappy spongy filter.

Then again, I had to cut my AEM pipe while the Customer Service Rep. bitched at me about how he didn't have time to sit there and listen to people whine about fitment problems (his exact words) when I called for assistance.

Injen or Comptech. That's my recommendation.

lol..I feel you there...I myself have the CT Icebox...

only reason I opened this thread is because there ARE people out there who cannot afford the higher-end intakes or what not, and some opt out for the cheaper ones. When I came across this, I figured it could be a possible option for some?

I love the AEM I've had so far. After my accident, they replaced it and I decided not to put the bypass valve back on since I dont run thru any puddles and will probably have a beater by the time the rain season hits again
