That annoying console squeak.....where is it?....

I previously read a post regarding the squeak coming from somewhere in the console...3 wks after reading it..its unbearably driving me insane....I can even hear it over the beats...aaarrggghh....lol...
I can't seem to find the old post and I have an appt. with Acura next week......they couldn't find it the last time I was in so I was hoping to be prepared this time...
I remember reading someone had it resolved at Acura(they must have went to an Acura dealer with some useful mechanics...unlike mine(they just brake things), something about an extra part not needed in the console...help whoever is the lucky member, please?

could be the seat belt buckle. You need to raise your seat at least half way up and if the squeak goes away, it is your seat belt buckle.

Most of the rattles that everyone has have nothing to do with a stereo.

I ended up putting some foam along the lower lip of the center console on both sides. That seemed to have fixed it for me.

While you're driving and when you hear the squeak, put your leg against the center console to see if the squeak quiets up. If so, then maybe my remedy will work for you.

lol....ok....I will have to see if its the s/b buckle..then I will check the cup holder and lastly the armrest...
Its definately one of them....I've tried putting my leg against the console...it doesn't seem to help. Then maybe I will narraw it down to a specific area so Acura can try to do some justice....my appt. is Tues......If its fixed I will definately give you guys heads up on the resolution...
Thanks for the help.
