advice on jet hot coating for ct headers

what do you guys think about jet hot coating for the ct headers? I know it won't add horsepower, like their website trys to claim, but I'm thinking that the cooler temps, under the hood will help produce more consistent times at the strip. It also help it look good. I mean take a look at the dramatic difference it makes in these pictures:

are there any cons to this?

I haven't heard anything bad about it.. I'm thinking of getting my Alpha Werks done. But they are on my car... so uninstalling and putting them back on are a bitch... but it prevents discoloring

Just be warned, Comptech will not warranty the headers if you jet hot coat them. I spoke to them several years ago about doing mine and that was their response.

My brother had his done, inside and out and they not only looked great, but they were considerably cooler. I could feel a big difference in the heat coming off of them.

If I ever get a set I will have mine done inside and out.
