Adjust headlights after Spring install ???

I just drove in the dark for the first time today since getting my Springs installed on Saturday.
My headlights seemed to be lighting up the road in front like a pair of bumper mounted FOG LIGHTS.
I guess this makes sense because of dropping the front of the car 1 ½ inches.

I’m guessing I should crank the headlight angle up a bit?
Is this normal?

Before I got my springs, I lit up my headlights against the garage door and marked it..

then afterwards, I just adjusted them to match..

probably had to raise them up about 2inches to match the original position..

I think I remember there are aiming procedures w/measurements in the HELM service manual.
I don’t have mine anymore (sold it) and the 2003 book isn’t out yet.

Can someone check on this for me?
