How soon after you guys (& gals) got your cars did the Acura survey arrive?

I'm just curious since I took delivery of my car back on Labor Day and still haven't received it. The way the salesman pitched it, I figured it would come FedEx next day.

 

Came in about three weeks from what I remember.

 

Bought the car last March and still havent received anything

 

I bought my CLS in Aug. 2000 and still no survey. When I called Acura Client Services, I was advised that not everyone gets a survey.

 

I got one maybe two to three weeks after delivery. Sent that in and received a phone call from Acura asking me more questions. I probably got the followup call due to the problems and issues I had and currently have with the dealer. They said I was going to receive an additional call to discuss these issues further.

I got a phone call from Acura, a week after I took delivery, the phone lasted maybe two minutes. he asked basic questions about satisfaction of the dealer ext...

 

I also got a call about 3 days after I got my car. No mailed survey though.

 

If you want one, just call them and TELL THEM YOU WANT ONE MAILED TO YOU ! I did and I got it and totally TRASHED Concord Acura of Concord California !

Get pro-active and make it happen !

 

I got a phone call from Acura about a week after I bought the car & the salesman sent me a card.
Then about 3 weeks later I got an Acura Customer Survey in the mail.

The survey is initiated by the dealer. I know this because everything from Acura is sent to "Joseph" while mailings from the dealer (who I have known for several years) are addressed to "Joe."

I was told that if the salesman gets all "Very Satisfieds" on the survey, he gets $150 bonus. Perhaps that is not how it works everywhere, but it does at McGrath Acura in Glenview, IL.

So if you have not received a survey, chances are that you dealer doesn't care about them (and therefore you neither).

Same thing goes for the Acura magazine.

 

WRONG! its just the way your name was sent in when the vehicle was reported sold to acura, and the way it is in there computer system at the dealer.

My survey was done over the phone about 1 week after i purchased the vehicle, i also received 2 others regarding service since june 01
