there is a reason...it's the why...goto walmart by an OBDII scan tool...98$ plug it into the port thats under your this is not an ash tray...with the key in the ON position II not with the car running wait for it to link...then read the code and come back and tell us what the code read...then we'll be able to tell you what the error is and while you read the code after you can reset it...then if you wanted to you could return the tool to wal mart
