2001 Cadillac Deville vs 2001 CL-S....who wins?

My buddy with a caddy is trying to tell me he will smoke me with no probs cause i said that could probably run high 14's in 1/4 mile and he said he is under 14's :bullshit: anyways, we are both stock, so..who wins and how would the race go both being equal drivers?

The Caddy is pretty quick but is heavy as hell. You will beat it from a stop but at highway speeds it should be close.
