02 Foglight Question

My fog lamps or running lights(whatever they technically are called) are not working. Hoping it is just a fuse i checked my fuse box on the driver side of the dash where the panel pops off. There are a few missing fuses on that side. Does anyone know if one of these fuses could be the resason they are not turning on? I don't have a manual for the car. Thanks alot.

Yeah. Headlights work fine its just the fogs that are out. Why? Are they run from the same fuse?

Oh yeah I knew that lol. But they should be on at all times when the headlights are on since there is no switch for it right?

No. Since both are not working I couldnt swap them and see. I was just hoping someone might know which fuse it is before i spend money for new bulbs or HIDs.

They are 194 bulbs, you can take the ones from the door, maplight or trunk and they would fit. Thats the cheapest way to test if the bulbs are blown without buying a pack of bulbs.

Theres no fuse for them specifically.

I think its easier to remove the maplight or door bulbs then the trunk but its up to you. The license plate light is also a 194

Check the wiring, you may have a break somewhere.

Your headlights are wired to a relay. The roadlamps are wired to the headlights. Your roadlamps would not turn on only if you received no power to the headlights.

A break in the wiring between the headlights and the roadlamps.
