me and legend4life, ayougo, and a couple of our other friends were chillin when one of us got a call from a local guy who had a legacy who wanted to run my friend's corollaS for money. he said "im not bringing my legacy i'm bringing another car, i want to race for money if u guys got enough balls". ok we thought.. what car does he have? we wait for him to show up and we hear a deep rumble from a red '79 corvette L82. we're liek hly shit this will smoke a corollaS... i was there with my CL-S and i was the quickest car there so everyone immediately turns to me like "dude u gotta race this guy" i go "i think im gonan get smoked" and they all nod. so i said, ok lets race. we go to the strip and i tell the guy in the vette, "20 mph start, 3 honks" he says "ok". on the first honk the retard floors it. im just like :wtf:

so we call him again and this time we go on the highway. 40mph rolling start. im in 2nd gear, 3 honks we go. 2nd gear we were dead even, at high rpm 2nd gear i start pulling away. 3rd gear starts im GONE. end of 3rd gear i was gone by like 10 car lengths legend4life was ahead of us when we started and we flew by him. i took an exit and pulled over... i was liek HOLY SHIT i smoked him. i thought i would get owned...

turns out he had a few mods, racing transmission and some other stuff.

fun run though... hehe

def not bs, i watched one of the races and the vette wasnt too fast. we met up with him later and he was afraid to race anyone there after he lost. ahahah even my buds beater
