Sorry if this is a noob question but what all if anythign have you done to your CL?

 

could you tell if it was an e46 or a pre 2000 M, if it were an older one you could out perform but there is no way you would come close to a 2000-2005 M, I sold mine for the TL and the TL is nowhere in the league of the M. Before anybody comments I was to worried about the M doing the grenade on me, so i got ride of it before that happened. BMW has replace numerious motors because of that. when you spend that kind of money you don't need to worry about not making it home at the end of the night.

Those are pretty damn fast... I've raced one when I was stock and I got my ass handed to me on a silver platter... You must have some all i/h/e at the least and maybe a supercharger... or he wasnt pushing it to the max..

If it truely was an M (can't tell since the only thing that vid gave me was a seizure) he could have walked away from you at any point. Especially if you were going 130 miles an hour since you would of had to have been in 4th gear, he could have drove off like you were standing still.

yeah the M3 just took off, and he was slowing down because of teh traffic ahead, unlike this guy who was swerving in and out of cars. M3 just showed him who was boss then let him do his stupid shit.

if you are auto, you will need the SC w/hbp to be even. for stick, all the bolt ons minus SC should be enough (allmotor proved this before the turbine).
but it looks like this wasnt a regular drag race, so anything can happen.

on the topic of BMW's i was messing arround with a spankin new 7 series today on I95 before it started to rain. i had to go down into 3rd to keep up with him most of the time. then i'm pretty sure he clipped a prius which pulled over and he kept driving... must of really been in a hurry because we were doing like 90-100

pet peeve : I doubt it was even close to techno. No one knows what techno really is. I've been a listener of "techno" (the real general term is "dance/electronica music") for the past 4 years. The popular stuff is Euro, the good stuff is Trance (especially vocal trance). There is also ambient, house, and techno under the general term "electronica" (all of which suck, by the way!!) I've heard plenty of Russian music, and i garauntee it was TRANCE, (not techno, which very few people even listen to)...
