$335 for a new factory wheel?!!!!

I was at the dealer today, and they told me i had a rim slightly bent, that it would run me $335.00 for a new one! WTF! It was on the right front, I said rotate the damn wheels, but it on the back so I won't feel vibration that much!
Add on a couple hundred bucks and I could have a nice aftermarket set of 4 wheels!

P.S. The TSX blows, saw it in the show room today. No V6 option? come on Acura. The V6 Accord outdoes that car in every dimension.

How does it "BLOW" if it only comes with a LOUD 4 BANGER ? Your correct, EVEN the HONDA accord comes with a V-6 !

Isn't the rim covered under warranty? How many miles on your car? You could complain to Acura, & maybe get a one time "free" replacment.

i've hit a few pot holes, but nothing major, but no, there is no warranty, because it's not a "manufacturer defect" which i understand. They can't pay for me hitting a pot hole and bending the rim.

I came across that problem when I wanted to get a full size spare. Best thing to do is see if you can get a used one!

Have you considered having it repaired?? I had one wheel on my BMW fixed which was bent. This cost me about $100 and it was perfect.

I believe you can purchase a factory rim from autocarparts.com for $250.00, go check it out. I pretty sure there are used ones around. Wait you have a 6speed, maybe don't have the 2003 ones yet.

Try this one

Last time I checked they got OEM rims for any year Acura for 200 bucks. Give them a call, really good people to deal with. If you want it fixed it might be less than 200, but I am sure you can't have downtime on your whip for a week.
