The TL dudes are having a bushing failure and the suspension is really similar on the TSX!

Just want to see if more people have the issue.

List how bad it is, and how many miles you have please!

I'm at 83k, but i noticed it a while ago. Far as I can tell it's just surface cracks and not a tear completely through.

Maybe the weight of the TL puts more stress on this bushing...its actually breaking on their cars in that many miles.

Hi Marcus,

So after checking out the driver's side bushing last Saturday with you, I went back home and found that my passenger side bushing has tears on them almost identical to the ones linked above. I've been searching for an answer to some suspension clunking, and I think this might be it

The tears probably are not making a noise man, they need to break before there is a noise I am thinking. Your noise is a control arm issue I am fairly sure.

I got the keys in BTW!

I have a 04 TSX with 134k and my bushings are torn. I do believe they are the culprit of a squeak I'm experiencing. I plan to replace both lower control arms soon. The bushings are pressed in and the whole arm includes 2 other bushings pre-pressed as well. Seems like a better value to do all at once rather than try to press in/out all of them.
