Talking perfect drop with rims and no rubb

how much drop is enough and I want to add 18 maybe 19 max rims on my TSX but I see some pics of people with these rims and no drop and I think it looks hideous . Is one inch enough I know the TSX is pretty low already. Im just looking for a casual drop nothing extreme . We get snow here and don't want to be a snowplough when the snow comes.

If 1 inch is good enough for you, A-Spec is the way for you to go.

That's a very subjective question... but I'd say a *reasonably* "eye-pleasing" drop is about 1.75" in order to eliminate the majority of the wheel gap...

With that said, I'm dropped about 2.5"

Wheel size and rubbing depends on offset, as well as wheel width and tire width in conjunction with the level of your drop. For example, I have 18x7.5" +42mm offset wheels with 225 Falken Ziex 512 tires. I've never rubbed... however, if I went with a different brand tire such as Toyo Proxes 4's in the same size (which is one of my faves), I probably would experience some occasional rubbing.

I have 1 fingure gap all around. It looks good and not too low w/o rubbing

drop it 2.75" is the most drop you can do, with that drop i had 1 finger in between the fender and the tire which is around the safety for the shocks going over a bump, if you want more, add negative camber.

depends on the wheels' offset & width.

I can put 1 fingure (horizontally) between the top of the tires and fenders.

I thought it was more like ~2" drop, no?

For the rub question that all depends. If you live in NYC with my last car I dropped it an inch and upsized the rims 2 inches. I rub like crazy because of our potholes. You have 2 alternatives

1. Do that drop like 1.5 or so and Roll your fenders.
2. Don't take the risk and go Aspec-

For me... I am going with the no drop, we'll see how that goes lol

Usually F 1.6 and R 1.4 is about right if you don't want to have rubbing issues with 19s.
