110.00 for set of rays lugs. Best price I've seen thus far for those lugs.

They'll fit. I have em on my Advans, and I think others have em with their Rays as well, maybe Dzuy???? either way, it'll work.

what is it about these nuts that they have to be so special. there is oem nuts and tuner nuts, that's about it. you do need different lugs, but nothing that special

Wouldn't something like the Kyokugens work? I know my Enkei's came with their own nuts, but they can't be that special...

Your stock lugs will NOT work on a set of aftermarket wheels. Honda has a different lug set-up, which is the problem I ran into when getting my wheels (tapered tip vs rounded). The Spoon lugs I got were designed for Honda and Spoon wheels (rounded) Rays and others are tapered.

If you look at the holes for the lug nut closely, they're very small. I doubt the Rays nuts would fit because a 19mm socket might not be able to fit in those holes. Therefore, the lug nuts have to be smaller. In the old days, people use open-end socket style lug nuts. Now, you can either use the Kyokugen lug nuts or the Spline Drive lug nuts by McGard (http://www.mcgard.com/automotive/new_prod.asp). These lug nuts require a special socket that would fit in holes like the ones in the GT-C.

i just bought splinedrive lugs, but they aren't smaller than my previous tuner lugs. If you are trying to fit an entire 19mm socket in, there would be no way. But my other lugs used an adaptor extension which was barely thicker than the diameter of the lug.

this is the problem. The hole is only 19mm. thats why they need special order. Don;t know where the nuts. Where to get that adaptor extension?

Those are to be used with washers and the open end is so the tech inspector at the drag races can see that the stud is long enough. The plastic cap is used to keep water and debris from getting on the thread. For RWD Crager, Center Lines, or Weld wheels.

They won't work.

You might try these
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...category=33749

Any wheel place should have something like these and cheaper. Pep Boys has them.

I see now what the problem is I did a test fitting for my GT-C ()and neither my regular tuner lugs or mcgard splinedrives fit. the wheels definately need an internally driven lug nut.

you don't need special ones like the GT-C, any tuner ones will work. I have McGard Splinedrives on mine and like them a lot.

get used to it man, they're probably the most popular wheel for any car right now. somebody still needs to get bronze ones, then the TSX collection would be done!

There are GT-C Specific Shank Style lugs.

I may be able to get you a set, but it will take a number of weeks...

The cost is around $120.

Marcus

NOTE: You must use the GT-C lugs....no others will work to my knowledge.
