Exclamation what should i do

hey guys new to the forum just bought my 06 tsx w/ navi couple of day ago only problem is the front bumper is not align correctly with the fender the bumper is sitting a little lower then the fender on both side and a the back light is off too and my alignment is off i think i have to drive with the steering wheel to the right a little when i drive and i had a spoiler put on and when i open the trunk something is hitting againts the tension rod so it s making noises....should i complain since this car is only couple of day old...is acura number teh same as honda of america?

Take it back to the dealer and ask them why it's like that.

Also, some punctuation will do wonders.

Its hard for me to see in the picture anything out of the ordinary (despite what you highlighted). But, by all means, get back to your dealership and point out what you see as a problem. The sooner you do so the less they can claim that it was caused by you after picking it up. FYI the TSX has a tendency to follow the crown of the road so it will pull a little bit towards the side of the road. But, your expectations are to have a car without problems when you buy it new so they should at least check your alignment just to make sure its spot on.

I would go look at some of the new TSXs on the dealer's lot and see if they have the same "problems" on the body fitment, I'm pretty sure all those things you mentioned for the bumpers are normal

The fitment seems to be the same with my car too, i just went out and looked. The fitment isn't perfect, i would assume that's how it is put together.

that not a picture of my car but i am just pointing out on a picture that all but yeah i just called the dealer going to bring it in next week

I just looked at the backlight only, the front could be the same also. My TSX is an '06
