I took my TSX with about 6k miles in for a laundry list of issues or potential issues..

1) Engine Vibration (even with a/c off)
2) Poor Gas Mileage (average about 250 miles per tank)
3) Radio Reception (FM reception is terrible)
4) Moonroof rattle
5) Tapping sound heard from engine when hood is opened


I was given a 03 TL-S which was abused to hell.. it looks like the left exhaust almost melted and it is hanging out of place and the paint is scratched... and it has a super terrible rattle under the car.. oh well. Wish i could have gotten a RL Loaner

Anyway, they have to keep my car until at least monday because they did notice a few things... so they are going to road test the vehicle with a computer hooked up to it to monitor the engine. They did notice the tapping sound but they think it is normal.. The moonroof rattle they are going to fix... they are going to try to fix the radio reception problem.. We'll see. Anyway, great service so far...

I have a brand new 05 TSX. I'm no my first tank of gas. It looks like I migt only get about 250 to 275 a full tank.

 

break in period... ull get some wacky numbers. ive gone from teens for mpg to high 20s during the same type of driving

 

you've got at least 4 gallons left after the car says your empty.
