Sun visor won't stay up

Anybody ever run into this before? Got into the car today and it won't stay in place. I put it up and it just falls right back down to this point.

Had it happened to me last summer. Bought a new OEM visor online and replaced it.

Bummer. How do you get the old one off? I'm guessing spreading that triangle like piece apart and go from there. Pretty obvious?

Yup. There's a screw there. Can't remember if it was a Phillips or Torx. Once unscrewed, a electrical connector can be found as the visor is gently removed. Simple stuff, take your time, and have clean hands too. Wouldn't want grease on the headliner.
BTW: I got my replacement from Delray Acura.

out of curiosity I cut the old one open to see what was wrong. After pulling the rod out a bit you can see the plastic tube around it broke.
