Short Shifter Problem
Im having trouble putting my short shifter for my tsx on. I get all the way to the end where i have to take off the plastic brushing, cap thing and it wont come off. Its the little white thing at the bottom of the shifter, it just wont come off. I need help. let me know if anyone had the same problem. thanks guys.

Just did this install yesterday. I used the link above to help me with this step. I would suggest you definitely bolt down the housing for extra stability and more leverage. Initially I could not get the bushing off when I tried to position the wrench so the inner back edge of the wrench was sitting flush with the back side of the bushing (as in the picture in step 9 of the neuspeed directions http://www.neuspeed.com/data/installs/66.20.86.pdf).
I finally got it off by putting the pointed tips of the wrench at the midpoint of the bushing on each side (if you picture the top of the bushing as a circle, the wrench was at the two points on the side that would bisect the circle into two halves). Just fool around with the positioning of the wrench. Then, using the housing for leverage, just pull like hell. It'll pop off.
