seatbelt scraping up the car...

the first week with the tsx (we'll call her maia) i quickly learned that if i'm not careful pulling the seatbelt from between the seat and the door, it scrapes up the inside of the car. i try and remember every time, but obviously i don't, and i hate the mess it's making in there. just wondering if anyone else is annoyed by this. apologies if this should have gone in one of the general "annoyance" threads...

(don't beat me up, this is my first time starting a thread here)

I have to call an here only because I found that the seatbelt doesn't always retract before slamming the driver side door. I don't have any scrapes, but it does make me cringe. Doesn't always happen though.

It is a really tight fit between the door/side adn the seat. I can't change the seat height without scraping my ring or watch on the door.. DOH!

i find that it's always the way the occupant uses the seatbelt that causes this. I've never had any problems myself but my siblings and some of my friends will get that problem!!! it's a pain!
