Angry Need Help Fixing Scratch / Keyed Area on Bumper

I was at a company party last Friday, and some a$$hole decided to key my rear bumper.

I was wondering if anyone can provide suggestions if this is a fixable scratch. It's a vertical scratch, about 5" long and not very deep.

It was alarming to do a search on this site and and find so many victims of vandalism.
Seems many have used touch-up pens, but I need some advice before getting started.

Thanks

Thanks for the condolences / advice.

I guess I'll have to buy that paint pen...It sure didn't seem that long ago that the dealer would give you a can of free paint - but I've heard bad things about Honda / Acyra paint - especially on the pearls and metallics.

The sad thing is it was at a company-only party, so it's some co-worker of mine that doesn't have the balls to want a confrontation.
