I was driving up a hill today and a stupid truck took the middle lane, and the next thing i noticed was the sound of a bunch of dust particles hitting my car. I wiped my front windshield but the very tiny dust scratches were still left. It kinda looks like there was a drizzle on my windshield.

Is there anything out on the market that can take these small scratches off my windshield without me having to take it 2 a dealer or shop???
Preferably something sold at a pepboys type of store
