they can get bigger especially when GUYS have a hard time READING things. FYI-car is at Acura right now getting looked at, picking it up later today; it was a really bad situation and i shouldn't have let it go on any longer than the first time getting "well we relaly didn't know how to hook it up to a car with navi"...i should have pulled the plug then but it was someone that i really trusted-thanks for eveyrone's advice-will keep updated later

Yeah, just ignore the young who likes to play with fire and gasoline

Thanks for the update. Looks like you are learning your lesson (even though maybe a bit slower ** cough cough ** )

Good luck with having it fixed and did you happen to get a quote from Acura for restoring those wacked up functions/buttons/etc. ?

I thought you are the resident trouble maker... this is not the 1st time you chiming in trying to stir things up (though I can see that you just do that mostly in a joking manner, which I am cool with )

And for the record... it's English FOOTBALL. And it's CANADA

Oh, the sport called American football really should be call American rugby

again

Good, now take it to a shop that warranties their work for your system.

Maybe the first question you should ask is "Have you ever worked on a TSX?"

p.s-would be better if there were more girls with TSXs on this forum.....

For future reference, in the tsx repair manual, there is a comprehensive section that says 'how to troubleshoot if your nav goes blank' (or something like that)... oops I guess that's a moot point considering this post is near 2 months old.

And posting it in the av section would probably gotten a lot more responses

Heheh you guys are funny.

The thing about free labor is that free labor usually means = not accountable. You never really paid then any money to do anything in the first place.
