I tried resetting my maintenace light but it just won't go off. I held the reset button in and turned the key to II position. Instead of the maintenace light going off the temp goes from -3 to 3 back and forth. I've tried holding it in over a minute and still didn't work. An ideas?

 

Nevermind, I figured it out. The headlight has to be off.

 

FYI - the temp gauge countdown you described is how you adjust/calibrate the temp if it is off.

 

finally got off my arse and turned off the damn light, LOL!
