I have a couple of problems!! Help Please!!!

I just bought an 05 Tsx with 55k miles, and i have a few issues i would like to address and possibly find a solution to my problems!

1) I noticed when I'm driving downhill in cruise control, i feel the car 'hesitating' (in a slight back and forth movement). This slight back and forth movement would occur every 5-15 sec. Car recently installed new tires, new valve stems, 4 wheel balancing; i bought it certified from a dealership. Any clues?

2) I also noticed there is some 'leakage under the car. it feels like water, but i don't know. It is coming from a hole. Any clue what is going wrong?

Any help appreciated. thanks!

1. is your car an auto? if so, it sounds like the grade logic taking over. when the car senses its going down hill, it'll hold a lower gear longer to engine brake. this is normal and a built-in "feature". even if you were in SS mode and tried to upshift to a higher gear on a downhill, the ecu won't let you...

2. the tsx's a/c has the most ridiculous amounts of condensation i've ever seen. i'm talking a trailing river here. i had the same "problem" before but it ended up being the condensation...

Nope, they're not problems. They're like that by design. The grade logic control is there to help you keep your brakes from overheating on a long downhill grade. And the water is most likely condensation coming from the a/c. I get a pretty good puddle under my car too. But then I live in central Florida, so there's a wee bit of humidity here.
