on my 06 you push down the knob on the right (tuner) hold it down until the clock starts flashing. then push 4 to change the hour and 5 to change the minute.

make sure the radio is off. then, hold down the tune (circular) knob and wait for the clock to start flashing. from there you can press 4 to change the hour and 5 to adjust the minute.

If you have navi, go to the settings and just changed the time there.

I have a 2005 w/NAV and this is how I had to change it today:

1. Go into the diagnostic menu (hold down the Menu + Map + Cancel buttons for a couple seconds)
2. Select Functional Setup
3. Trip Information
4. GPS Offset Time
5. Increment the hour by 1.
6. Keep pressing Return until you're out of the diagnostic menus.

You will have to repeat this process and remove the offset in a couple weeks and then add it back on in october for a few weeks...

After I did this I called the dealership to confirm that this was the only fix and they said yes.

EDIT: for more info on the diagnostic menu see this thread --

Thanks for the pic Reach.

Got it

I always thought the clock was getting info via GPS (or there was some way to do this).

It usually does, but for some reason this year its not updating automatically from the GPS clocks. Weird news.

Actually, I believe it still is receiving the time from the satellite correctly, but the car's software is what does the daylight savings time conversion. Since there are new DST rules the car software would need to be updated to make the change......

i think this has something to do with the fact that daylight savings was moved up 3 weeks.

Hmmm... I bet my 05 has this and I just immediately figured I had to go into the diagnostic menu to make the change... this is a much more user friendly approach.. :-)

Your '05 does have it, because my '04 has it. Anyone with NAVI has it. I thought I had to go diagnostics too but for some reason mine wasn't going into the diagnostics page so I played with settings and found it on settings page 4.

GPS will never change time. It is set to a standard UTC. The software to make the time changes is written into the Navi.

for the Non-NAVI users here, you do not need to turn the radio off first -- it changes fine w/ the radio on.

Yeah I found the screen last night in the regular setup.... here's the kicker.. I figured the car software changed the time as well, but when I got in my car last night at 7:30PM EST it was ahead one hour so I had to take the offset off again.... it looks like they changed something on the satellites....

There's now a software update for the TSX for this! I just got this in an email from a local dealer:

http://www.imakenews.com/eletra/mod_...QT&s_picture=F

This dealership is offering it for free and I called to confirm that it is in fact a software update. My dealer (Acura of Auburn) says it's not free given the mileage on my car (58K), but he'd do it as a "courtesy" to me after I told him the other local dealer was doing it for free.

Ok, bad news... I sat at the dealership for 45 mins today only to find out that the software update is only for 2006-2008 TSX's. They did wash my car for free... whooopie...

I just called Acura customer care and bitched, they said there are no plans to ever fix the 2004 and 2005 TSX. Lame...
