Help! - Brake Issues

This just started happening. When I brake with medium pressure I can feel slight vibration and grinding from the front brakes? Does this mean my pads are worn out? I'm at 19k and I'm in constant stop-go traffic everyday in SoCal. What's the problem here? Thanks in advance!

Sounds like warped rotors. Happens often on new TSX's. Try to get them replaced under warranty if that's the case or you can take this chance to upgrade the rotors and pads.

So if this happens often on TSXs, how will replacing them under warranty fix the issue? Won't they warp again eventually is it's the same part? Does that mean Acura is using inferior rotors/braking components?

^ Yes, they will occur again. Your best bet is to upgrade your rotors to UP racing brake rotors w/ hawk pads, I've gone this route and haven't had a problem since. Mind you that I did have my rotors resurfaced 3 times before I got tired of going back to the dealership. It was the best upgrade I could have ever done to the TSX.

Search for "vibration" or "shudder" or "brakes" and you'll find plenty of threads discussing this issue and what can be done to fix or adapt to it.
