Are you saying your catalytic converter has failed?

It appears you are from Andorra, so you have a Accord Euro or Type-S, correct?

Please try to re-phrase your question, I cannot understand what you are asking.

Is the OP trying to ask if the motor would fail if he were to remove the cat?

You want to replace the catalytic converter with a test pipe, and wondering if the check engine light will come on?

If he posted his question in Spanish or French, I'm sure there's someone around here that could easily translate it.

Using my high school spanish, I think he is saying:

"I have changed the catalytic converter with a straight pipe (test pipe?) and now am getting the "check engine light". My question is how do I go about fixing this, or is there a way to make the "check engine light" go away."

If you are having a check engine light problem after installing a test pipe, you can try installing an anti-fouler before the O2 sensor.

Here is a thread with some pics of what it looks like.

Isn't Spanish California's official language now? Nice translating. My high school spanish didn't last long in my brain once I got to college.

que? No comprede, amigo. .........

I hear Spanish spoken every day, even here in my office. I guess I retained more of it than I thought, unlike my high school chemistry class. I read it and understand it much better than I can speak it. So, someone else ought to translate what JTso posted back into Spanish.
