Head Light Adjustment, Where are Holes?

Hey Guys, I know this has been discussed and I did a search for how to adjust the headlights, when I open my hood, I see where the hole is for the U(Arrow)D and L(Arrow)R. But I don't see what I'm suppose to be adjusting. My lights are definately off as they have three steops right now and almost a 4th one ghosting on the left side, all due to my fender bender. Can someone tell me what exactly I'm suppose to do to adjust the lights, specifically the left one.

yes, the helm's manual. and don't mess w/ the L/R knobs for the headlights, those adjust the bumpstops for the hood.

Worked like a charm, though I found a much easher way, instead of using a philips screw driver, I used a ratchet that fine the screw and just turned that, much easier to adjust it to the exact setting. I don't know why the instructions don't tell you to do it that way.
