If you're talking about using a can of sealant that you spray into the tire, don't do this in a 2007 model or you will destroy the tire pressure monitoring sensor. $$$ to replace.
This is specifically mentioned in the owner's manual.
The dealer charges $15, and local shops may charge around $5 to $10. The gas station near my university would charge $5...and garage shops near my house charge $10. Just drive by a tire shop or a gas station that has a garage

The proper method is to remove the tire off the rim and patch from the inside. The lazy way is to plug from the outside and potentially damage the steel belt structure by inserting the tool. I would bring it to a tire shop.

just found out one of the tire got a screw on it and will need to have it repaired tomorrow morning.. hope it's repairable.
