My 04 has had an increasingly annoying door buzz when the music is pumping and i'm starting to get sick of it. It goes away if i rest my arm on the part where the bottom of the window meets the door molding.

My guess is that this piece is loose in some way. I took it into the dealer when I was still under warentee a few times and most of the time they claimed they couldn't reproduce it. I can't see how they couldn't!

One time they said they put in some dynamat but i don't believe them because the sound didn't go away. At this poing i'm ready to open the door myself and see whats going on. Any advice? "How to take apart the door" howtos?

Just make sure you do it slowy as the plastic trim pieces are fairly easy to break or get scratched.

 

Sometimes my does this too, doesn't happen often enough to annoy me yet so I haven't gotten it looked at.

 

I have an 06 and it does this as well and gets louder when music comes on let us know what you find.

Not to be a buzz kill but I still get this noise after TSB 04-024 - just not as bad as before.
