Cracked Rim - Help!

Sup Guys,

So the other day I'm walking to my car after a long day of classes and I noticed that someone was nice enough to leave me a note on my car saying I had a flat tire. Pissed as I was I changed it with the donut in the trunk and proceeded to go to Tire Kingdom to get it fixed. When I get there the guy takes a look at my tire and tells me that I got some serious issues with the rim. It's cracked. Here's a picture of it:

I ask you guys this. What do I do? Can the rim be fixed? where can I go to buy a single rim to replace this in the Palm Bay, Florida region. Is there someone on the forums willing to sell me there old rim? What are my options, and what do you all suggest?

Can't be fixed, you need a new one. I'd talk to your dealer about the cost of a new single wheel. Maybe you'll get lucky and some one will have one.

You can try the black market section to see if anyone is selling them.

They're all over ebay for reasonable money. I've seen a coupe of these here and it is disconcerting. Wheels don't usually crack like that; bend maybe, but these cracked wheels are unusual. I know Enkei (Honda's alloy wheel manufacturer) is a reputable company, but still...........

All kinds of wheels crack. Enkei wheels are good and I wouldn't worry too much about a pandemic of failures, we haven't really seen a history of it. Heck expensive ass Rondel rims crack too. From my bimmer:

Unfortunately for me I bought the car with it and it doesn't hold air, so I had to replace it.

To the OP, I'd suggest getting a replacement from eBay or your local Craigslist.

Cast aluminum will crack easily if it's deformed much at all. Three piece rims with their spun aluminum outer parts (there's probably a name for that part of the wheel but I don't know it) will be less likely to crack.

That crack looks like the result of a pothole. It'd be pretty hard to hit that part of the wheel on a curb.
