Ask about a goodwill swap before you do anything yourself. Call your dealer and customer service and see what they say.

Just take out the headlight, heat up the two mating surfaces with a heat gun, then apply pressure to reseal it. The heat gun method is much more manageable than the oven method when soften up the seal. I would do one section at a time, like top first, then bottom. I didn't find it necessary to open up the casing and apply any sealant. The heat gun is sufficient enough to soften the existing sealant. The lens will seal up fine once pressure is applied. Let the unit sit for a few hours for curing time (overnight preferred) before reinstall.

I did that...just hope that it will stop leaking..Iguess I'll find out this week if it's going to work or not since there's like a five day storm right now
Ok, Kinda on/off topic here. My next door neighbor "missed" his driveway, and
backed into my car. The driveways are side-by-side. Hit it only hard enough to
crack my front plate cover. It was dark, so I didn't notice anything until lunch
today. I had my lights on going to work, went out at lunch time to take a
better look, and noticed there was a little condensation on the drivers side. I'm
going to take it to the dealer in the morning, to see if anything else was
damaged. I really like the guy, and his insurance will cover anything that
needs fixed. Now my question is, is this more of a warranty issue, or do you
think the hit caused this? If the hit caused it, and his insurance covers
it,should I go for the JDM headlight from Heeltoe? Or would that be an abuse
someway? The guy is about 75, would do just about anything for you, and
keeps an eye on things when no one is home.
Thanks guys,
Ken

I think we should pole on how many of us have this problem and address this as being an actual "defect" which should be repaired warrenty or no warrenty.
I have the same problem on my TSX. After I washed the engine compartment, the passenger light is fogged up a quite a bit!
Since before I washed the engine it was fine, maybe somehow removing the existing moisture would be enough?
Does anyone know of a method to remove moisture from a headlight?
Thanks!
