Clacking Noise in Drive or Reverse

Hi all, I have an 05 tsx with about 147k on it. We noticed after the car gets hot, there is what sounds like a bad tensioner pulley knock. I've changed the belt and tensioner but it hasn't solved the issue, and I'm having trouble locating the sound exactly. Has anyone ever experienced this with their car? I can try to get a video later, but for the moment I'm just trying to see if this is familiar to anyone. it almost sounds like an exhaust manifold leak, and I could see where maybe a crack or leak might start loudly ticking when hot, but I just can't narrow it down.

Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah I know that heatshield sound. It's in time with the engine so I'm not sure that's it. But I do appreciate your post!

I purchased a stethoscope and checked everything in the area. I think it's the $60 tensioner I got from O'Reilly. Honda wanted $202 so I was went with an after market. Still not 100% sure, but fairly sure...
