Check ABS and VSA lights are on

I'm new to the forum. Just recently picked up a 2006 6speed tsx and can't be happier to be part of the community.

I just recently ran into a problem though. There was a huge freezing rain and snow storm last night. I parked the car outside. There was literally a layer of ice on the roads I was driving on it was so bad. While accelerating off, the vsa light was going crazy due to excessive tire spin. After that, the abs and vsa light came on saying to check system. The light went away after going onto some salted and cleared off roads.

Skip to this morning, as I was driving out of my side street, there were some slippery roads again causing the vsa light to come on. Afterwards, the check abs and vsa lights are on again. I've read a few threads about the abs/vsa actuator. I've also spoken to a Honda tech and he says it could be a speed sensor.

My car currently has a 90 day warranty. Should I bring it back to the used car dealer and have them give it to their own mechanic? Is it something they'd be able to look after or would you recommend an actual Acura dealer?

What do you guys think it may be.

Thanks all.
