AC Problems with TSX?

Has anyone had any problems with their AC?

A coworker of mine also has a tsx. He has an 05 AT NAVI. Two days ago he came into work complaining about his ac not working correctly. I went outside to check it out. We set the AC to low and double checked all the setting were correct. The drivers side blows out hot air and cool air (not as cold as it should be) is coming out of the passenger side. I tried auto and manual climate control with the same result. Has anyone else had this problem? This is BS considering the car only has 8k miles.
