My drivers side low beam light will not come on below is everything that has been done or replaced
1. new bulb
2. checked fuses, relay all are good but still replaced with new
3. Replaced igniter switch and then replaced new bulb with another new bulb
4. replaced the switch inside by the steering wheel

still nothing will work all other lights work on drivers side high beam, blinker, running light, but no low beam
the passenger side also works everything high, low, blinker and running

even checked to see if it was getting power with a tester at the bulb itself it works, just not in the car

 

Swap the ballast from one side to the other to rule that out
