I have been gotton 2 oil changes from the dealership. The TSX manual recommends 10W-30 oil but the dealership puts in 5W-30 oil. They told me I would get better mileage with the 5W versus the 10W. Should I stick with their advice and go with 5W instead? Or should I drain my oil immediately and replace it with 10W? I live in the Bay Area, does that make a difference? Thanks for your input, I appreciate it.

5W-30 is the recommended oil for the TSX per the Service Manual.

Mine says 5W-30 on the oil filler cap, as well as in the manual. Not sure where you're getting your information.

Makes sense. I just gloss over that part to get to the part about what kind of ATF I need...

No...you should use Honda MTF. Different additive package than engine oil.
