jacksonracing header on supercharged si

"On Jackson Racing’s supercharged Civic Si, dyno-testing showed an increase of 26.9 HP at the wheels!"
....thats alot of power from just a header.

its supercharged...the more air you can flow the greater the power. An engine is a giant airpump.

Think about this....its a jackson racing supercharger right? So wouldnt that mean that they designed the header for the most HP with the supercharger. Also is that the race pipe

huh? what gave the 27hp increase, the charger, the header, or both? both isnt terribly impressive imo unless thats a relatively low boost that could be raised with more work

Old thread, I revive thee!

http://www.hondatuningmagazine.com/f...307ht_jackson/

When asked if Jackson has plans for a K24 blower, he looks at us suspiciously, as if wondering who gave him up. Although previously unannounced, Jackson says that a K24 application - useful in the Element, CR-V and the new Acura TSX - is already in the works. The 200-hp TSX is, according to Jackson, "very, very high on our list."
Apologies if it's been posted.

You do if you are still running the stock OBD2 ECU. Because the lack of the secondary O2 sensor will trigger a CEL, unless you are running some kind of O2 sensor simulator.
