no dude the sidewinder manifold fits all k series motors (excluding the k23 which is a little different)
anyway this is making lean towards the purchase of a tsx
the kit is only 3k the only thing that might need modification is the downpipe since the k24 block is slightly higher than the k20.... it might not even need any mod to it

just spoke with Eric FrantzLarson (@full-race)... which makes a sidewinder turbo mani also
turns out the only difference between the tsx vs rsx is the downpipe...
so he suggested to make a custom fabbed downpipe either using the downpipe on their turbo kit or via a downpipe flange and customizing it that way
problem next is the catback... 3" is ideal for a quality turbo back exhaust... but I think a single exit 3" will be too loud, so a dual exit 60mm should do pretty good, just would need to get a smooth transition from 3"downpipe to dual outlet 60mm...
unless there's a turboback for this car I havent heard of lol
nasty188: you are correct, since turbo tsx is so rare, I was thinking of it
josh: any connections with garrett? if so you can put a kit together relatively easily
ps. by now I think you know why I havent ordered any 3rd gen tl parts from you ... tsx parts soon

300hp rofl, if you want to make 300 hp you might aswell get an ebay turbo mani ... $100... ebay turbo $350... hondata +tune under 2500.... custom parts here and there, with an ebay intercooler....
would cost no more than the price of the comptech s/c
pop your hood brother... a v6 fits in there....... yes a 3.7liter rl motor fits in there
the pictures posted... lol... they are from a got darn fit... i've always wondered how people say fit this and fit that... well they fit a k24 in a fit
what i am trying to say is that there is space there.... also these sidemounts fit the fd2 (current civic si) which has relatively nill space infront of the firewall
possible fitment issues
A. downpipe
B. fusebox will need to be relocated sideways
C. battery will need to be relocated to fit the fusebox sideways
D. possible custom dump tube... dc5/ep3 dump tube might work tho
E. custom test pipe... custom turbo back
would cost no more than the price of the comptech s/c
Of course it will fit but its not made for the TSX, its made for the K24 motor.. so for it to fit the TSX you have to modify it some maybe even alot. Turbo kits may be out later but if you want it now you'd have to do custom. And all of those parts you mentioned for that turbo set up will cost so much damn money!.. more than the $3K you mentioned.. alot more! And that engine bay isnt from a TSX..

precyse, I was listing the modifications which are all relatively minor needed... then kind of misread when you said it will fit rofl...
as for waiting for a kit, dunno dude the current peakboost kit looks plenty enough for me... extend the downpipe a little bit you know and 3k for it isn't a bad deal neither since piecing it together would prove more expensive
clee109 here is the pic with the greddy front strut tower bar in place
anyway sent jdmcl9t a pm to see if he ordered or already has begun hondata kpro tuning

Personally, if I was THAT thirsty for more power, I would have bought a WRX and mod it. At least it wont struggle so much to put the power to the ground. S2000 is a good option too

gatoraid = WRX
I like poweraid more than gatoraid.. gatoraid was the first to do it but i like more flavor!

well the tsx pictured jdmcl9t... it looks like a pieced together kit
I sent him a pm for more details...
the one on the accord is using the peakboost turbo mani, not sure on any other specifications on there, like I said before downpipe is a real simple mod, its just 2 90 degree bends with a straightpipe in between
I am going to send a pm to the dude with the 7th gen 4cyl and see what down pipe he is using... my guess maybe from an rsx modified

Seriously its possible its just that people need to go through making those bends and pipes and such.
I know helping my friend's rsx is a bit tighter than our engine bay, but our engine doesn't have the exact same layout or placement things as much.
what are we going to do if parts don't fit? its kind of hard for most of us to find a place that does custom fab stuff, but that takes time and money.
We all know most parts fit but everyones worried about the other little issues.

but like i said before... the rsx kit fits the tsx.... and although you are comparing the rsx engine bay to the tsx... I am asking you to compare teh accord 4cyl with the tsx.... which is precisely why these kits fit without modification

Yea i would think the accord kits fit more but didn't the accords have some of the same issues as the tsx? i just recall theres not many turbo accords but theres a few other them more than us at least.

you are reading thru hear way to fast...
the rsx/ep3 kit has successfully been installed on the 4cyl 7th gen accord without modification
thus this same kit in theory should fit the tsx

SO basically, what needs to happen, is i need to trade my 04 5AT TL in for a 05 PWP 6MT TSX?!?
...i think so.
