Bumper Removal

Hi guys!
I am trying to get the resonator off to install the Icebox.
I ve got all the clips, screw, etc off and I basically got 3/4 of the bumper off (those hooks from the 2 side (from the fender) off and the pessanger side (under headlight) off), but i just can't those honks off the driver side headlight.
Anybody has any tips? I tried to pull hard, but I afraid i will break the bumper
Any help is appreciated guys!
Thanks

I assume you mean honks = hooks

Are you talking 04/05 or 06 TSX?

If you want to get the full details for an 04/05, go to HandA-accessories.com and check out the instructions for the Fog Light installation.

Assuming you removed the screw from the wheel well, give the bumper a slightly push up on the wheel well side and pull out.

yeah, if you have all the required screws and clips off, just grab the corner edge of the bumper in the wheel well and pull towards the front of the car.

It will pop right off.

I successfully took the bumper off..it was actually quite easy
But i could not get the bolt off the resonator with my current tools, so I will probably get a ratchet to help remove them
Would something like this help? Cause the bolt is incredibly tight

or this?

^^Yes, a set of sockets (Automotive Kit) and a couple of extensions will pay off. You don't need to worry about US (Standard) sockets unless you intend to work on other cars.

What ended up being the solution to getting your bumper off?

I kind of kept "shaking" the bumper then i heard a few "clicks" and the bumper is off.
Its incredibly that now i can take off the bumper under 15 mins, but when i tried it the first time it took like an hour.
Thanks for your help man!

I have one more question...How did you guys remove the bolt on the resonator on the wheel well side? There wasn't enough space, are there any special ways?
Thanks

whew, i just converted my Injen CAI into SR. took off the front bumper to do so and was much easier after getting the bumper off when compared to wheel-well way. Advice to future installers of the Injen Intake; go SR, the HP gains are about the same, you get more torque lower end, plus you can leave the resonator in (which is by far the hardest piece of hardware to get out of the car, not to mention put back in)
