Accord Dash vs TSX Dash

I dont believe it is but is there any chance the accord radio would fit in a tsx.

Yeah, I don't think it will fit. You'd need the Accord dash.

Holy hack job on the wires btw.

And good luck getting US DVDs to play on it not to mention getting it to work. Those wire harnesses don't match up to what we have from what I can see.

Doesn't that look like the TL Nav unit? I bet it will work just fine if you can get it to mount in the dash the right way. I've tested that DVD rom with the TSX Nav system and it works fine. So most likely all of the plugs and wires would match up perfectly.

I say CCC just buys it and proves one of us wrong.

It gives the driver 3 options when TSX420J is in the car

"Eject, Eject, and Eject."

The first is 'Map' to turn to the map
the second is 'Return'
the third is menu
The 4° and 5° are zoom buttons
the 6° is the light change, (night/day)
But my Accord doesn't have the TV only the navigation system...

wouldn't you need a complete new C-stack to go underneath that thing? The shape is totally different on the bottom. Plus it looks narrower but maybe not?

If you want it in english, just get the australian version of the Accord Euro's touchscreen sat nav. Exactly the same as the JDM one but ith english buttons (which might be a negative for JDM looks).

BTW, JDM radio tuners can't work in the US because the frequency range used in Japan is totally different than that used in the US. So you can't tune into any US channels.

Here's the link to the thread I did when I upgraded to the 06 Navi with Zagat for a day I used an 06 accords nav.
https://acurazine.com/forums/showthread.php?t=26225

It looks like the plugs are the same, there's just a few extras, proly for Blue tooth.....wait it's Japan and they are always first with everything so it's proly purple tooth over there.
