You got a handle on it?

So I had no idea not everyone knows about the handle on the back of the trunk... See the handle on the right hand side of the pic:

So instead of closing your trunk by touching the outside of the trunk, just use the handle.. I didn't realize it was such a nice feature till I was in Utah with an Impala rental and when I went to close the trunk, there was no handle and always got dirt/crap all over my hands when closing the trunk.

Just thought I'd bring it up..with a pic

Yeah this handle is pretty handy when you want to close your trunk but don't want to dirty it.

Love this feature, so I don't leave fingerprints on the trunk.

Thanks, never knew that handle was there. Then again, it took me 6 months to discover the handle on the outside of the trunk (I assumed you had to open it with the fob or from inside..silly me).

Thanks for the info. I never looked there so I didn't know it was there. No more fingerprints on the trunk lid.

I was the guilty (ignorant) party. But it was worth driving to Chicago just to find this out.

Wow...TRU, I can't believe that you just found this. I thought everyone knew this by now. What a

But yeah, I love this little feature. It's nice touch and it annoys me when other people don't use it when closing my trunk.

I noticed the handle almost right away when I got the car, but I never remember to use it. I open and close my trunk daily so I leave fingerprints all over the trunk
