windshield wiper sensor?
Only a speed sensor, not a "visual" rain sensor. Try it on your driveway. When you're at a stop with the wipers on INT (with the delay set to the longest setting), play around with the foot brake ... let off the brake, the wipers sweep. Brake again to a stop and let off the brake again, the wipers will sweep again.

Just ask Mercedes owners.

The intermittent setting will get you a faster response as the car accellerates, meaning that the "intermittant" is repsonsive to the increased density of rain on the windshield. This works reasonably well, but doesn't deal all that effectively when the rain is sporadic and intermittant, or when it varies radically in intensity.

Does the JDM Accord have it?
In that famous Honda Accord commercial where they have all these Accord parts doing stuff in sequence, there's one part where a rain sensor is activated and the wipers go on.
