my car gets 33.1 on the highway is that normal or not?

 

Lol that's better than Normal..............for me i am averaging 17 mpg, all local driving, no highway

 

26mpg combined....im at 2.7k miles

 

I am around 23-27 @ approximately 60% freeway.

 

I'm gettin 25.5 to 26.5 with 50/50 city/highway @ 4600 miles on the odo. all city i get about 25.5. If I stay below 80 mph on the highway, I get about 29 all highway miles.

 

I got like 35.1 mpg during the trip to/from vegas. I filled up right before I left, and my gas tank was still almost half full still (I live near LA). Your fuel economy will depend on the situation (city versus highway), and your driving style.

Other than those road trips, my car only sees city miles (4 miles each way, so 8 miles a day with multiple stop lights). I think I average around 18 to 20 mpg for my typical day. I think after the last vegas trip, my mileage is up to 4.2k now

You need to remember the sticker ratings on the TSX. I think MT's are supposed to average about 31 mpg highway, and auto tranny's do 32 mpg (off the top of my head, I could be 1 mpg off). So obviously, you've been driving like an old fogey ;-) just kidding

 

22.5 for me. it will creep up though the more miles you drive (if mostly freeway). i started at 17.8 and have just under 2k miles now.

 

The dealer told me the gas mileage wouldn't be as good initially but would improve.

 

I get bout the same. Overall, my average is ~29 mpg. Had my car since april 29th of this year.
