vents won't switch OFF

since yesterday i have observed another issue;

i shut the heating system to OFF.
suddenly i start getting fresh air. the system is fully shut, which i can see on the display (it has nothing)

the air is not very high speed, but the effect is very noticeable and disturbing.

is there something i am not soing correct to shut the air /heat OFF

you must hit the recycle button on the climate control before turning the unit off. this will close the outside vents so that no air will come in.

I agree, even with the system off, if the fresh air vents are open, aka not set to recirculate, the force of the car driving will force fresh air into the car. It can be annoying at times but it happened as well on my 96 accord.

you could always redirect them somewhere else... just hit the mode button to direct air where you want to go when the system is off...
