I received a courtesy car last week while my car stays in the dealership. Today when I returned the car the dealer found a tiny scratch on the bumper and is asking for $600. What should I do? Don't they have insurance that covers this or I'd have to pay out of pocket?

They're insured. Tell them to F.O.

 

UPDATE: I guess the dealer realized that they are too big of a rip-off. So they're gonna do some type of "detailing" and only charge me $117.

 

Was the scratch there when you got the car? And the STEALERship is a ripoff.

Holy crap what a horrible dealership that is. I don't even need to remind you never to bring your car to that place or even accept a courtesy car.
