It's about time.

It took them 16 months to introduce a barely changed new model.

I predict by mid-December, there will be more than enough 05 TSX'ers lurking on this site.

Yes! The original info on the 2004 TSX had the manual rated at 21/29 and the auto at 22/31. If to look the 2005 manual has the exact same number as the 2004 auto, and the 2005 auto is almost exactly like the 2004 manual (except +1 on highway milage). I truly believe they had it backwards all along on the 2004 models!! LOL

Another change I noticed (looking at one of the two different 2004 brochures I have) is that the coolant capacity on the manual dropped from 7.4 qts to 5.4 qts.

I think those are the same wheels that are offered on the TL. Perhaps only 17" though. If they are this is about what they look like.

Nope. They're the TSX A-Spec wheels. The TL A-Spec wheels come in 18". These are only 17". Which totally sucks, in my opinion.

Why is the mileage estimate for the 6MT now higher than for the auto? Did gear ratios for the 6-speed change?

I bought the 5AT because of the better mileage.

They probably revised it to reflect real-life city driving.

Most people who drive automatics are also usually not too careful with their fuel mileage (no insults meant here!), so advertising high numbers could simply be out of reach for too many of them and interpretted as false advertising.

I wouldn't me that appreciative dude. They added just as much or more (like increased HP, larger wheels, etc.) to the RSX-S and only raised its MSRP $260.

Either way, I don't really care since I have my car and probably won't be looking into a new one for a few years so
